The Kargil War Memorial in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, is a forthcoming civic monument and museum complex dedicated to commemorating India’s military heroes from 1947 to the present. Purpose and Development

Conceived to mark the 25th anniversary of the Kargil War, the memorial and adjacent War Museum form part of a ₹25-crore project also including a tribute to Captain Vijayant Thapar.
