Job Title: Store In-Charge

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and supervision
• Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards as per company guidelines
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and stock control
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Coordinate with the central operations team and report daily/weekly performance
• Maintain cleanliness, store discipline, and brand standards
• Train new staff and monitor staff performance

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QSR / Food & Beverage / Retail operations
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage a team
• Willingness to work in shifts

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
