Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad for a Barista at Lazy Cat Coffee. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Daily tasks include operating espresso machines, preparing food items, managing inventory, and providing friendly customer service while embodying the welcoming spirit of Lazy Cat Coffee.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating as a Barista with knowledge of specialty coffee preparation
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with customers and team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and friendly service
- Experience in customer service and ensuring satisfaction
- Proficiency in food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in a café or food service environment is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the culture and values of Lazy Cat Coffee
