Location: 859, Moradabad

Principal Accountabilities

Accountability/ Supporting Actions:

Client Relationship & Performance

The candidate prime responsibility should build good relationship with the Branch Managers and Team members of the Assigned Branches and generate maximum lead from the branches assigned and take it to closure and generate maximum revenue for BSLI.

To ensure effective conversion on lead supplied.

Continuous interaction with the channel partners

Supervise and coordinate the sales of policy

To ensure meeting targets as per the set norms of foreign bank relationship.

Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximise business potential.

Prepare and present the sales illustrations to the prospective client and explain the policy details as per client’s requirement in order to convince him of the worth and value of the policy.

To arrange for the required documentation and medical examination of the client.

Adhering to KYC norms.

To ensure that sales complaints are minimal and are resolved within TATs, if any.

Customer based build up.

To ensure regular customer engagements.

Build up customer relationship with referencing model.

Achieve Persistence targets as per the company norms so that renewals take place on time

Communicate with customers and

Resolve queries as and when required to ensure that renewal takes place on time

Minimum Experience Level

0 – 4 years
